Career history
- Since 2011, experience as an external corporate social worker
- Extensive experience as a school social worker, advising young people and their families, coaching teachers and school management, as well as prevention work
- As a social worker in multi-disciplinary social services, a professional guardian in child and adult protection, and case management in social welfare
- Several years’ experience as a social worker with a focus on social counselling and coaching in the field of vocational integration
- Supervision of work placements / trainer in vocational practice
- Experience in working with children and young people, initiating projects and implementing programmes in the field of youth work
- Project management and launch of the BBT-supported meeting point

Bühler
The founder of sybek sees every person as a work of art with their own story.
Career
- Since 1996, experience as a social worker in both external and internal corporate settings
- Since 2001, experience as a seminar facilitator (design and delivery) for various target groups on topics such as ‘Stress management’, ‘Preparing for retirement’, ‘Training for HR and managers on breaches of integrity’, “Training for HR and managers on workplace addiction issues”, “Addiction prevention for apprentices”, “Money management for apprentices”
- Since 2005, experience as an organisational consultant and supervisor
- Management experience at the AWA in the Canton of Zurich, as director and owner of sybek (2005–2024), and in various NGOs
- Experience in legal social work

Combines Berlin-style frankness with a keen sense of people.

- Electrical engineer and social worker
- Programming application-oriented software systems for research
- Extensive experience as a social worker with families, children and young people in difficult life situations, and parental coaching
- As a social worker in multi-disciplinary social services, a professional guardian in child and adult protection, and case management in social welfare
- Experience as an addiction therapist in a residential therapy centre
- Extensive experience as a trainer in anti-violence work at the Bern Intervention Centre against Domestic Violence
- Several years’ experience in bereavement support with parents of children who have died prematurely

Our story – from vision to trusted partner
sybek has its roots in the long-standing work of Bernadette Bühler, who started out in 2005 as a franchise partner of Proitera GmbH. Under the name Proitera Zürich/sybek, she continuously developed the business and supported numerous companies in German- and French-speaking Switzerland.
In 2020, she continued her work under the name sybek, before entrusting the company to Urs Widmer on 1 January 2025. Today, sybek continues this success story – with a strong team and a clear focus on the needs of companies and their employees.
